Step-By-Step Example of E-Filing

  1. Go to this website: https://www.myflcourtaccess.com/default.aspx and click File Now!
     
  2. If you do not have a login, you’ll need to register (the form is self-explanatory).
     
  3. Once you have registered, Login
     
  4. Go to E-Filing Map and Select Appellate Court and in the dropdown menu The Supreme Court of Florida. Then select Existing Case and Click File Now
     
  5. Fill in as follows: Appellate court  The Supreme Court of Florida  Case Year  2016  Case # 181 and hit Search (A box will pop up that says:

    Click OK and the case information will  show. 

     
  6. *You (your firm) are representing: Yourself    
     
  7. * You (your firm) are associated with: Florida Attorney 
     
  8. Click Next
     
  9. Under Existing Case Click Add
     
  10. In the Search type: Comment

     
  11. This is where you upload your document. And Save it. 
     
  12. After you save the document, you must enter the number of pages the document has in the box provided for that purpose on this same page.
     
  13. Select: The person filing, or directing and authorizing this filing (including all attachments) certifies that it contains no confidential or sensitive information.
     
  14. Click Next
     
  15. On Service list, select Zhelesnik and Sartes, or "Select All." Scroll to the bottom
     
  16. Click Next
