Step-By-Step Example of E-Filing
- Go to this website: https://www.myflcourtaccess.com/default.aspx and click File Now!
- If you do not have a login, you’ll need to register (the form is self-explanatory).
- Once you have registered, Login
- Go to E-Filing Map and Select Appellate Court and in the dropdown menu The Supreme Court of Florida. Then select Existing Case and Click File Now
- Fill in as follows: Appellate court The Supreme Court of Florida Case Year 2016 Case # 181 and hit Search (A box will pop up that says:
Click OK and the case information will show.
- *You (your firm) are representing: Yourself
- * You (your firm) are associated with: Florida Attorney
- Click Next
- Under Existing Case Click Add
- In the Search type: Comment
- This is where you upload your document. And Save it.
- After you save the document, you must enter the number of pages the document has in the box provided for that purpose on this same page.
- Select: The person filing, or directing and authorizing this filing (including all attachments) certifies that it contains no confidential or sensitive information.
- Click Next
- On Service list, select Zhelesnik and Sartes, or "Select All." Scroll to the bottom
- Click Next
